Companies tribunal registry must maintain daily registers of petitions, unnumbered appeals, caveats and interlocutory applications. Rule 97 requires the Tribunal registry to maintain and post daily, by ministerial officers as the Registrar directs subject to any order of the President, registers including: register of petitions; register of unnumbered petitions or appeals; register of caveats lodged; and register of interlocutory applications.
