of <h1>Maintenance of tribunal registers requires daily updating of petition, caveat and interlocutory application registers by registry.</h1> Rule prescribes mandatory daily maintenance and posting of designated tribunal registers by the Registry through ministerial officer(s) as directed by the Registrar. Registers specified include a petition register, an unnumbered petitions or appeals register, a caveats register, and an interlocutory applications register; each must be kept current on a day-to-day basis. The provision imposes an administrative duty on the Registry to ensure contemporaneous recordkeeping and public availability of those procedural records in accordance with supervisory directions.
