Calling for records: Registrar must obtain and retransmit adjudicating authority records when directed by the tribunal. On the admission of an appeal, petition or application the Tribunal may direct the Registrar to call for records from any adjudicating authority, and the Registrar must obtain and retransmit those records to the Tribunal.
