Service of notices requires registry notification and prompt fresh service within a short statutory timeframe. If a notice under Rule 105 is returned unserved, the Registry shall immediately notify the fact and reason on its notice board, and the applicant, petitioner or authorised representative must, within seven days of that notification, take steps to serve the notice afresh.
