of <h1>Costs in Companies (Winding Up) Rules 2020 proceedings: parties can't recover inter partes costs without an express costs order.</h1> Costs in proceedings under the Companies (Winding Up) Rules, 2020 are placed within the discretion of the Tribunal. No costs of, or incidental to, a proceeding are allowable as between party and party unless the Tribunal expressly awards such costs by an order, with the operative effect that parties have no entitlement to recover inter partes costs absent an explicit costs order.
