Company Liquidator must file disputed proof of debt and rejection grounds for appeal record; creditors may intervene with leave.
The Company Liquidator must, upon receiving notice of an appeal against a decision rejecting a proof of debt wholly or in part, file with the Registry the relevant proof and the order stating the grounds of rejection, thereby placing the disputed proof and reasons on the appeal record. Any creditor or contributory may apply to the Tribunal for leave to intervene in the appeal, and the Tribunal may grant leave on just terms and conditions; where leave is granted, notice of the appeal hearing must be given to the intervening creditor or contributory, enabling participation in the appellate proceedings.
