Rule 20 requires that, unless the Tribunal orders otherwise, the petitioner advertise the Tribunal's winding up order within fourteen days in an English newspaper and a vernacular newspaper widely circulating in the State or Union territory of the company's registered office, serve the order on persons and in the manner the Tribunal directs, and use the prescribed Form WIN 14 for the advertisement.
