Notice for leave to make a call must reach contributories seven clear days before hearing or be advertised; affidavit filed three days prior. Notice of an application for leave to make a call must be served on each contributory by post under certificate of posting to arrive not less than seven clear days before the hearing, or, if the Tribunal directs, by advertisement in the prescribed form without separate personal notice. An affidavit proving dispatch of the notices or of the advertisement must be filed in the Tribunal three days before the hearing.
