Admission of proof for voting: chairman may admit or reject; provisional votes allowed when proof is objected and review follows. The chairman may admit or reject proofs for voting, subject to appeal to the Tribunal. If in doubt, the chairman shall mark a proof as objected and allow the creditor to vote provisionally, with that vote liable to be declared invalid if the objection is sustained.
