Procedure for refusing questions during tribunal examination u/ss 299-300, with written report and attendance notice required
Prescribes the procedure where a person examined under sections 299 and 300 before a person or authority appointed by the Tribunal refuses to answer questions to that person's or authority's satisfaction. The examiner must immediately report the refusal to the Tribunal, with the consequence that the defaulting person is treated as if the default had occurred before the Tribunal and is dealt with accordingly. The report must be in writing, specify the questions asked and any answers given, be in Form WIN 67, and include notice to the examined person of the date to attend before the Tribunal, enabling the Tribunal to take such action on the report as it thinks fit.
