Rule 74 of the Companies (Winding Up) Rules, 2020, under the Companies Law, addresses the procedure for filling in proxies for meetings of creditors and contributories when the creditor or contributory is blind or incapable of writing. The proxy is valid if the individual has signed or marked it in the presence of a witness. The witness must include their description and address with their signature and certify that all insertions were made by them at the request and in the presence of the creditor or contributory before the signature or mark was added.
