Winding up proceedings require retention of the original petition number and cause-title indicating 'in liquidation'. After a winding up order or appointment of a provisional liquidator, subsequent proceedings must bear the original winding up petition number as well as a distinctive number, and the cause-title must show the company's name with the words 'in liquidation' or 'in provisional liquidation' in brackets as appropriate.
