          <h1>Payments into Bank: produce the order or liquidator endorsed challan, notify the liquidator and provide the bank receipt.</h1> When the Tribunal orders a person to pay money into the special bank account maintained by the Company Liquidator, the payer must produce to the bank a certified copy of the order or a payment challan endorsed by the Company Liquidator under his signature, give notice of the payment to the Company Liquidator, and produce the bank receipt to the Company Liquidator.
