Authorized Representatives Must Submit Bills Promptly in Liquidation Cases or Risk Losing Claims
Every authorized representative, accountant, auctioneer, or other person employed by a Company Liquidator in a tribunal-ordered winding up must submit their bill of costs or charges upon request by the Company Liquidator. This request should be made well before a dividend declaration. If the bill is not submitted within four weeks or an extended period allowed by the Tribunal, the Liquidator will proceed with the dividend distribution, and the claim will be forfeited. However, the Tribunal may restore the claim before the final dividend declaration if good cause is shown, without affecting previously declared dividends. The request must be in Form WIN 95 and served personally or by registered or speed post.
