of <h1>Parties Can Seek Further Directions Under Rule 155 for Delinquent Directors Cases with Two Days' Notice Requirement.</h1> Rule 155 of the Companies (Winding Up) Rules, 2020, allows parties involved in a case concerning delinquent directors, promoters, and officers to apply for further directions from the Tribunal. If points of claim and defense are to be delivered, either party may request additional directions on interlocutory matters by restoring the summons before it is set for trial. This requires giving two clear days' written notice to the other party, stating the grounds for the application, and filing a copy of the notice with the Registry two days before the hearing.
