Company liquidator must obtain tribunal leave and use prescribed forms to make calls on contributories. A Company Liquidator must obtain leave of the Tribunal before making any call; within seven days of settling the list of contributories the liquidator may apply for leave, stating the proposed call amount in Form WIN 52 and supporting the application with an affidavit in Form WIN 53.
