Rule 152 - Execution of warrant of arrest outside jurisdiction of Tribunal

Execution of arrest warrants outside jurisdiction permits transfer for execution and mandates return of arrested contributors to the issuing forum.

Execution of warrants issued by a tribunal for contributories believed to be outside its jurisdiction is effected by transmitting the warrant, with a requisition in Form WIN 71 under the tribunal's seal, to the District Court or the Court of Small Causes within whose territorial jurisdiction the contributory is located; the receiving court must affix its seal, cause the arrest by its officers or subordinate courts with police aid, and forward the contributory in proper custody to the issuing tribunal unless satisfactory security for appearance is furnished, in which case the court may release the person on such security and inform the issuing tribunal.
