Company liquidator's nil-transaction periods: affidavit confirming no receipts or payments can replace filing accounts on due date
Where, during an accounting period, the Company Liquidator has not received or paid any money in relation to the company's assets, the liquidator is required, in lieu of filing accounts for that period, to file an affidavit confirming that there were no receipts or payments. The affidavit must be filed on the same date on which the liquidator would otherwise have been required to file the accounts for the period, thereby satisfying the filing requirement for a nil-transaction period.
