of <h1>Rule 54: Validity of Meeting Resolutions Despite Notice Issues for Creditors or Contributories</h1> In the context of meetings of creditors and contributories under the Companies (Winding Up) Rules, 2020, Rule 54 states that if a meeting is summoned by notice, the proceedings and resolutions of that meeting remain valid even if some creditors or contributories did not receive the notice, unless the Tribunal decides otherwise.
