          <h1>Advisory committee vacancies in winding-up: creditors or contributories recommend replacements; liquidator or tribunal may decide otherwise.</h1> On a vacancy in an advisory committee the Company Liquidator must summon creditors or contributories to recommend a replacement, or may apply to the Tribunal to permit the vacancy to remain unfilled; continuing members (if at least two) may act despite vacancies, and if creditors or contributories fail to fill the vacancy the Liquidator must report to the Tribunal which may order a replacement.
