of <h1>Company Liquidator Must Serve Order to Contributories via Post or Electronic Mode Under Rule 136 of Winding Up Rules.</h1> Rule 136 of the Companies (Winding Up) Rules, 2020 mandates that after filing the document for a call as per Rule 135, the Company Liquidator must serve a copy of the order granting leave to make the call to each contributory involved. This service must be done via registered post, speed post, or electronic mode, accompanied by a notice in Form WIN 57 specifying the amount or balance due. The order does not require advertisement unless the Tribunal orders otherwise for special reasons.
