This notice can be delivered by hand, registered post, speed post, or electronically. Officers are obliged to attend if required, and failure to do so can be reported to the Tribunal, which may issue directives. Alternatively, the Liquidator may request officers to respond to interrogatories or provide written information. Non-compliance can also be reported to the Tribunal, which may issue appropriate directives.
