          <h1>Notice to company officers: prescribed service and attendance or compelled information, enforceable by Tribunal directions.</h1> Rule 47 requires the Company Liquidator to give officers he considers should attend creditors' or contributories' meetings notice in Form WIN 30 by hand, registered post, speed post, or electronic means; notified officers must attend if required, and non-attendance may be reported to the Tribunal for directions. Alternatively, the Liquidator may require an officer to answer interrogatories or furnish information in writing for the meeting, and failure to comply must be reported to the Tribunal, which may issue directions.
