of <h1>Liquidator Must Notify Officers of Creditor Meetings with 14-Day Notice Using Form WIN 30; Non-Compliance Reportable</h1> The Company Liquidator must notify company officers, deemed necessary to attend, about the first or any subsequent meeting of creditors or contributories, providing a fourteen-day notice in Form WIN 30. This notice can be delivered by hand, registered post, speed post, or electronically. Officers are obliged to attend if required, and failure to do so can be reported to the Tribunal, which may issue directives. Alternatively, the Liquidator may request officers to respond to interrogatories or provide written information. Non-compliance can also be reported to the Tribunal, which may issue appropriate directives.
