<h1>Unpaid shareholder call money in liquidation: liquidator may seek payment order using WIN 58-60, with 7-day notice</h1> Permits the Company Liquidator to seek a Tribunal order directing any contributory to pay monies due on calls made by the liquidator. The application must be filed in Form WIN 58 with a supporting affidavit in Form WIN 59, and notice of the application with a copy of the affidavit must be served on the contributory by registered post or speed post at least seven days before the hearing date. The resulting order for payment is to be issued in Form WIN 60, enabling formal adjudication and enforcement of unpaid call amounts against contributories in a winding up by the Tribunal.
