of <h1>Arrest warrant for a contributory u/s 301 must name detention prison and use mandatory WIN 69/70 forms</h1> Where the Tribunal issues a warrant for the arrest of a contributory under section 301, the order issuing the warrant must specify the prison in which the contributory is to be detained unless the Tribunal directs otherwise, thereby determining the place of custody for the detention. The warrant for keeping the contributory in prison must be issued in Form WIN 69, and any order releasing the contributory on bail must be issued in Form WIN 70, thereby prescribing mandatory procedural forms for detention and bail release in such cases.
