<h1>Liquidator Must File Creditors' List Within 30 Days Under Rule 100; Includes Debt Details and Proof Status</h1> The Company Liquidator is required to file a list of creditors in the Tribunal within thirty days from the date set for proof submission under rule 100, or within an extended period allowed by the Tribunal. This list, filed in Form WIN 50, includes creditors who submitted claims following the advertisement and notice under rule 100. It specifies the claimed debt amounts and distinguishes between proofs that are wholly admitted, partially admitted or rejected, and wholly rejected. The proofs, along with a memorandum of admission or rejection, must be filed in the Tribunal accompanied by a certificate.
