<h1>Company Liquidator Must Notify Creditors 15 Days Before Dividend Payment Under Rule 169, Using Form WIN 89 and 90.</h1> In accordance with Rule 169 of the Companies (Winding Up) Rules, 2020, the Company Liquidator is required to issue a notice of dividend declaration at least fifteen days before the payment date. This notice must be advertised in newspapers as directed by the Tribunal and sent via registered or speed post and electronic means to all individuals listed as creditors. The advertisement and notice must follow the specified formats, Form WIN 89 and Form WIN 90, respectively.
