Order for Examination Under Section 300 of Companies Law Allows Tribunal to Designate Examination Authority
An order for examination under section 300 of the Companies Law mandates that the examination be conducted before the Tribunal. The Tribunal may, however, direct that all or part of the examination occur before another designated person or authority. If the examination date is not specified in the order, the Company Liquidator must arrange a date with the Tribunal or the designated authority. The order for examination follows Form WIN 64. The Tribunal can also issue directions on specific matters to be addressed during the examination, either in the initial order or through a subsequent one.
