of <h1>Company Liquidator to Notify Contributories of Rights and Obligations: Issue Notices Within Seven Days Per Rule</h1> Upon receiving the settled list of contributories certified by the Tribunal, the Company Liquidator must issue a notice within seven days to each person on the list. The notice will detail the character and number of shares or interest, amounts called up and paid, and inform the recipient of their right to apply for removal or variation of their entry on the list within fifteen days. The notice, in Form WIN 21, is sent via registered or speed post. An affidavit of service, in Form WIN 22, must be filed in the Tribunal within seven days of dispatch.
