<h1>Creditors' and contributories' access to winding-up records: inspection and copies of statement of affairs and report, with fees</h1> Every creditor or contributory, personally or through an agent, is granted a right to inspect the statement of affairs submitted under section 272(4) or section 274(1) and the Company Liquidator's report filed under rule 25(1). Inspection is conditional on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees. Such creditor or contributory is also entitled to obtain copies or extracts of the statement of affairs and report on payment of five rupees per page, enabling access to winding-up records upon satisfaction of the prescribed fees.
