          <h1>Summons for examination: Tribunal may compel examination and document production, with hearings in chambers and prescribed form.</h1> Rule 140 authorises the Tribunal, upon hearing an application under the preceding provision, to order issuance of a summons for a named person's examination, for production of documents, or both, if satisfied there are grounds; examinations are to be held in Chambers unless the Tribunal directs otherwise, and the order shall be in Form WIN 62.
