Summons for examination: Tribunal may compel examination and document production, with hearings in chambers and prescribed form. Rule 140 authorises the Tribunal, upon hearing an application under the preceding provision, to order issuance of a summons for a named person's examination, for production of documents, or both, if satisfied there are grounds; examinations are to be held in Chambers unless the Tribunal directs otherwise, and the order shall be in Form WIN 62.
