of <h1>Tribunal May Issue Summons for Examination or Document Production Under Rule 139 of Companies Winding Up Rules 2020.</h1> Upon hearing an application under Rule 139 of the Companies (Winding Up) Rules, 2020, the Tribunal may issue an order for a summons if there are sufficient grounds. This summons can require a person to undergo examination, produce documents, or both. Unless directed otherwise by the Tribunal, the examination will occur in Chambers, and the order will follow Form WIN 62.
