Tribunal directions for advertising and serving winding-up orders, setting notice recipients and guiding liquidation steps after the order
On making a winding up order, and at any time thereafter, the Tribunal must issue directions to the petitioner regarding publication of the order by advertisement. It must also specify the persons on whom the order is to be served, and the persons to whom notice of further proceedings in the liquidation is to be given, and may issue any additional directions considered necessary. The operative effect is to mandate Tribunal-controlled communication and notification steps for implementing the winding up order and conducting subsequent liquidation proceedings.
