of <h1>Company Liquidator to File Provisional Contributories List Within 21 Days as per Companies (Winding Up) Rules, 2020</h1> In accordance with the Companies (Winding Up) Rules, 2020, the Company Liquidator must prepare a provisional list of contributories within twenty-one days following a winding-up order unless the Tribunal waives this requirement. This list, filed with the Tribunal, includes the names, addresses, shareholdings, and financial contributions of each contributory, categorized by class. It comprises individuals who were members at the commencement of the winding-up or their representatives, divided into those liable in their own right and those liable as representatives or for others' debts, as specified in Form WIN 17.
