Company winding-up creditor list filed becomes final, changes allowed only by formal order; liquidator must amend accordingly
Prescribes that the list of creditors filed before the Tribunal constitutes the company's definitive list of creditors for winding up purposes. It prohibits any addition to or variation of that list except pursuant to an order of the Tribunal and in accordance with the terms of such order. Where the Tribunal orders an addition or variation, the Company Liquidator is required to amend the list strictly in conformity with that order, thereby controlling changes to creditor recognition through Tribunal oversight and ensuring the operative creditor list remains fixed unless judicially modified.
