of <h1>Ban on advisory committee members profiting from winding-up transactions or being paid from company assets; disallowed or recovered on audit.</h1> Prohibits any member of the advisory committee, unless permitted by order of the Tribunal, from directly or indirectly deriving profit from any transaction arising out of the winding up, or from receiving payment out of the company's assets for services connected with administration of the assets or for goods supplied to the Company Liquidator for or on account of the company. Any payment made or profit derived in contravention must be disallowed or recovered, as applicable, on audit of the liquidator's accounts or otherwise, thereby preventing personal enrichment by committee members from the winding-up process.
