Provisional release: seized goods or provisionally attached bank accounts may be released on bond subject to adjudicating authority conditions. Section 110A permits provisional release of seized goods, documents, things or a provisionally attached bank account pending an order of the adjudicating authority, on taking a bond in the proper form with such security and conditions as the adjudicating authority may require.
