Section 76E of the Customs Act, 1962, related to exemption from duties of customs for goods admitted to a special economic zone. The provision stated that such goods would be exempt from customs duty, subject to sections 76F, 76G and 76H. The section was later omitted, and the text records its insertion and subsequent omission by amendment.
