Cancellation of warehousing bonds: officer must discharge and return the bond once goods are accounted and dues paid. When goods covered by a warehousing bond have been cleared for home consumption, exported, transferred, or otherwise duly accounted for and all amounts due have been paid, the proper officer must cancel the bond as discharged in full and, on demand, deliver the cancelled bond to the person who executed it or is entitled to receive it.
