Provisional release of seized goods: release allowed pending adjudication on bond and commissioner specified security and conditions. The new provision permits provisional release of goods, documents or things seized under the Customs Act pending adjudication, subject to the owner furnishing a bond in the proper form and providing such security and conditions as the Commissioner of Customs may require.
