Withdrawal of approval for approved educational institutions permitted after non compliance, following show cause and Central Government order. Assessing Officers may, upon satisfaction that approved universities, colleges or other institutions are not carrying out activities in accordance with approval conditions, give the institution a reasonable opportunity to show cause against proposed withdrawal and may recommend to the Central Government that approval be withdrawn; the Central Government may order withdrawal and must forward a copy of the order to the institution and the Assessing Officer.
