It stipulates that anyone who sells, hires, distributes, exhibits, or circulates such objects to a child, or attempts to do so, faces penalties. On first conviction, the punishment can be imprisonment for up to three years and a fine up to two thousand rupees. For a second or subsequent conviction, the imprisonment may extend to seven years, with a fine up to five thousand rupees.
