Abetment of suicide: criminal liability imposes imprisonment and fine on persons who instigate or encourage suicide. Abetment of suicide is a criminal offence making any person who instigates, incites, aids, or otherwise abets another's suicide liable to imprisonment and fine; the abettor's facilitating or encouraging conduct is independently punishable.
