Concealing designs to wage war criminalised; intentional concealment that facilitates hostilities attracts imprisonment and fine. Concealing the existence of a design to wage war by any act or illegal omission, when done intending to facilitate the waging of such war or knowing it likely to facilitate it, is an offence punishable by imprisonment for a term which may extend to ten years and by fine.
