of <h1>All members of an unlawful assembly are guilty if an offense occurs while pursuing their common objective under Section 190.</h1> Section 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, states that if any member of an unlawful assembly commits an offense while pursuing the common objective of that assembly, or if the offense is one that the members knew was likely to be committed in pursuing that objective, every member present at the time is guilty of the offense.
