Public servant framing incorrect documents creates criminal liability and punishment including imprisonment or fine. A public servant charged with preparing or translating any document or electronic record who knowingly frames, prepares or translates it incorrectly with the intent to cause injury, or knowing injury is likely, commits a criminal offence punishable by imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.
