Concealment of birth: secret disposal of a child's dead body is criminalised, attracting imprisonment or a fine. Section 94 criminalises intentionally burying or otherwise disposing of the dead body of a child, whether the child dies before, during, or after birth, with the purpose of concealing or attempting to conceal the birth; punishment is imprisonment up to two years, or fine, or both.
