Abetment of mutiny: criminal liability includes capital or custodial penalties and fine where mutiny follows abetment. Anyone who abets the committing of mutiny by an officer, soldier, sailor or airman in the Army, Navy or Air Force, if a mutiny is committed in consequence of that abetment, is punishable with death or life imprisonment, or a determinate term of imprisonment which may extend to ten years, and is also liable to fine.
