This protection applies to Presidents and members of the District, State, and National Commissions, as well as the Chief Commissioner, Commissioners, officers, employees, and any other person acting under the Act or related rules or orders. Such individuals cannot be sued or prosecuted for acts done or intended to be done in good faith while executing their responsibilities under the Act.
