Provision of officers for the National Commission: central government to supply staff in consultation with the President, under presidential superintendence. The Central Government, in consultation with the President of the National Commission, shall provide officers and other employees to assist the National Commission; such officers and employees shall discharge their functions under the general superintendence of the President; and their salaries, allowances and other terms and conditions of service shall be such as may be prescribed.
