Unfair contract terms: State Commission may declare such terms null and void and apply complaint procedures. The provision makes applicable, with necessary modifications, the complaint mechanisms for disposal of complaints by the State Commission and empowers the State Commission to declare any contractual term unfair to a consumer to be null and void.
