Provision of staff for District Commission requires State provision of officers, supervisory control by President, and prescribed service terms. The State Government must provide the District Commission with officers and employees required to assist it; those staff discharge functions under the general superintendence of the President of the District Commission; salaries, allowances and other terms and conditions of service are to be prescribed.
