        Mediation in consumer disputes must occur in designated consumer mediation cells with mediators guided by natural justice principles. Mediation of consumer disputes must be conducted in a designated consumer mediation cell attached to the relevant Commission. The nominated mediator shall regard the parties' rights and obligations, trade usages, circumstances giving rise to the dispute and other relevant factors, be guided by the principles of natural justice, and carry out mediation within the time and manner prescribed by regulations.
